YOGA CLASSES

How did this practice come about?

My yoga classes stem from my long study of over ten years of yoga philosophy and practice. Over these years, I have worked with the body, exploring its strength, its richness of possibilities and desires and its blockages, learning to let everything come out and flow in movement and connection with the breath.

After practising yoga for many years, I lived and studied for a year at the Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India, where I developed a greater understanding of the body and its physical injuries, as well as working with props (bricks, belts, cushions) that facilitate the practice for every person at every level.

By combining this knowledge with my study of the Goddess, hence going beyond classical Yoga, a feminine yoga practice was born: Goddess Yoga. This practise explores and awakens in our bodies the ancient memory of wisdom and knowledge within us, starting with our femininity.

We work with the energy of the Goddess in every season, on the body, on its energy blocks- which often also have to do with physical blocks- and on their release.

WEEKLY ONLINE, GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL YOGA CLASSES

Group or individual yoga classes are open to all, and will take place at a time chosen by you and agreed upon together. We will practise sequences of asanas (positions), classical yoga integrated with the breath, and we will focus in particular on each person’s condition with the help of props (blankets, pillows, …) for greater body awareness.

ON LINE :WEEKLY FEMININE YOGA CLASSES (GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL)

Goddess Yoga and Feminine Yoga classes in which we explore through asanas and free movements the Divine Feminine following the energies of each season of the year, recreating a connection with the body and embodying the power of female deities from various traditions, connected to the natural cycles of the season.
